Conducts in depth interviews to gauge candidate’s viability for open positions.
Consults talent on interview process with clients. Prepare talent prior to each interview by conducting call with talent discussing details about position including corporate culture, supervisor’s name, work schedule and expectations.
Performs regular quality control checks with clients and talent to ensure our value of Service Excellence is being met.
Continually educates oneself on both the staffing and the creative industries through industry publications, online research, association events and competitor sites on recruitment best practices, staffing industry news and information specific to the core areas in which we do business.

What you need to bring:
1+ years of experience working within a recruiting environment, preferably permanent / direct hire recruiting experience.

At least 1 year of proven sales acumen demonstrated through either direct B2B/B2C sales experience OR a track record of exceeding performance metrics in a high-volume, customer-facing role (e.g., retail management, hospitality, or service-based environment).

From day one, your time off is a very simple policy—take what you need! You are expected to get approval from your manager and keep time off to no more than 10 consecutive days at a given time. The same policy applies to sick leave but you will need to keep your manager informed.
Randstad offers up to six weeks (30 business days) of paid parental leave to Internal Associates. The leave must be taken within one year of the qualifying event to include birth, adoption and/or foster placement for mothers and fathers. Grandparents are offered up to two weeks (10 business days). We also offer monetary support towards fertility and adoption services.
