The Cella Stategic Account Partner role encapsulates a combination of principles that are essential to an account’s success, including Value Creation, Expansion, and Customer Satisfaction.
The SAP will play an important role in our growth and is tasked with rapid expansion within assigned accounts, ultimately responsible for the maturation, health, and expansion of Cella’s service offerings. We are seeking a leader with extensive C- level relationship-building skills and executive connections, as well as a focus on all things financial.
Must bring outstanding consultative selling skills and a deep appreciation of marketing and technology tools, techniques, and solutions.
Please note: this is a remote role but the candidate must be based in a major metropolitan area in the United States (without relocating).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth by identifying and leading all areas of new, renewed, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
Develop and drive client engagement strategies that align with gaps in service offerings.
Lead accountability against measurable revenue and margin targets
Develop and drive the account strategy (business plan) with the support of Sales, Delivery, SMEs, and Operations to ensure collaboration and accountability.
Setup regular internal milestone/checkpoint meetings to ensure alignment on goals
Identify partnerships and tap into existing client and alliance partnerships in Randstad to grow the account
Required Qualifications:
Have a Creative, Digital, or marketing background or have sold to this industry.
Several years of experience in a client-facing sales role.
Experience selling to strategic accounts.
A proven track record and history of growing accounts.
Experience in leading cross functional teams and collaborating in a matrixed environment
In-depth understanding of digital technology, as it relates to marketing and creative organizations.
Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems

You'll sell and represent the full suite of Cella’s workforce solutions including consulting, staffing, managed services to large enterprise clients within your designated market within a region. This position must have creative marketing sales experience. Must sit in eastern or central time.

Build an effective consultative relationship with clients and key contacts during the sales process working towards a dynamic level of Trusted-Advisor status with each client.
Mastery of the full suite of Cella offerings and promote the right solutions to address your client’s needs, ensuring that Cella is positioned to fully maximize the sales potential of your clients.
Partner with subject matter experts from Cella’s Consulting teams to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
Collaborate with others to develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs. Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions and pricing of services with new clients with support from leadership, delivery and corporate operations.
Partner internally as necessary, when opportunities come in from your teammates outside your market; or when your opportunities are best served and supported by teammates in other geographies.
Work with your management team to develop a strategic sales plan within your assigned market territory that incorporates a land & expand approach.
Attend as scheduled, any Strategic Account calls that are established for select clients.
Partner with your regional/account-based delivery team(s) to ensure opportunities are managed efficiently and with the necessary level of priority and compliance.
Take an active role in the regional daily orders meetings and facilitate an efficient sprint meeting to review and assign support against open orders and set the daily priorities with their delivery partners.
Manage your opportunity pipeline with internal partners and leadership; and the effort needed to pursue, nurture, and land opportunities within the goals and expectations.
Continuously invest in the development and maturation of your dedicated market. territory; working clients from prospect to active as efficiently as possible.
Expand our client relationships via all Cella service lines and contract mechanisms through consultative sales meetings.
Take an active role in all RFP’s/RFI’s/Proposals/MSA’s that are negotiated, edited and executed.
What you need to bring:
Proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and staffing space within large and nationally/globally distributed customers.
5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space and/or consultative sales.
Experience working with strategic accounts.
Professional communication skills that include comfort in presenting services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums (live Power-Point presentations, virtually hosted presentations, and general phone and/or web conference) as well as at live industry events.
Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
