Our client, a global leader in agricultural machinery, forestry equipment, and construction machinery, is seeking a talented Curriculum Developer to join their dynamic team!
As a Curriculum Developer, you will own the Order Management course curriculum and development activities for Parts IT Modernization, for students who are primarily dealers and Parts Support Services team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications, processes, and systems training materials.
- Identify and capture project details, and effectively manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Prioritize work and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Cultivate a change mindset and foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration and inclusion within the team and across departments.
- Make sound decisions to ensure the success of training initiatives.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings, to support global business needs.
- Travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 2 or more years' experience in software application, process, and systems training.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Change mindset and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated examples of driving collaboration and inclusion.
- Ability to make sound decisions.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule when necessary.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
