Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join their team!
As a Project Lead III, you will be responsible for successfully executing medium to large-sized high-impact projects of moderate to high complexity. This role requires individuals who can effectively partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met while delivering the desired business value.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily activities of team members on multiple projects to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Provide oversight to one or more project leads, as well as other project team members.
- Assist, share learning, and mentor others across the enterprise regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote successful project delivery.
- Work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and are prioritized and resourced appropriately.
- Provide status updates and proactively identify alternative solutions to decrease overall project risks.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Minimum of 30 hours per week availability.
- Local candidacy required.
- In-person presence at the Support Center on Mondays is expected.
- Flexible for in-person/hybrid/virtual presence on other days of the week.
- Plan for approximately 6 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
- Plan for 1 overnight trip up to College Park, MD per month.
- 6-month assignment with potential to extend.
