We're looking for a talented Digital Merchandising Specialist (Specialist II, Platforms Site Experience) for our Fortune 500 retail client!
As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will participate in the fast-growing Digital business in North America, helping to develop and execute the cross-functional strategy for our client's App Digital platform. This role focuses on setting up and executing seasonal priorities while ensuring the consumer journey is optimized. The ideal candidate must have a sharp attention to detail, interest in e-commerce business, curiosity for marketplace and product trends, ability to learn analytics/new reporting tools and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and curation of collections to enhance digital consumer experiences.
- Conduct audits on the consumer journey to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support for marketing campaigns and maintaining internal keyword search functionality.
- Utilize analytics and insights to implement changes across digital channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging consumer journey.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally is recommended.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, dynamic, and independent work ethic.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce.
