We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Content Developer for our client, a leading global financial services firm.
In this role, you will focus on the development and execution of strategic Sales Enablement content for client-facing teams across the franchise. This involves partnering closely with client-facing teams and their leadership as well as key partners in Learning & Development, Product, and Marketing. The objective is to help client-facing teams understand and articulate the value of our client's payment solutions through best-in-class "up-leveling" programs.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize sales teams' greatest enablement needs, mapping them to company priorities and delivering high-quality content through digital and physical platforms and across role-level learning paths.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to build effective and relevant course content that outline Product features, value prop, constraints, etc.
- Build effective relationships with Sales, Product and functional leaders across the franchise to establish go-to-market strategies.
- Curate and package suitable collateral including sales playbooks, competitive comparisons, presentations, best practices, decks, demos, etc. for delivery to Sales teams.
- Collaborate with a team of high-performing individuals focused on the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the portfolio of enablement programs, reference materials, and distribution/delivery mechanisms across the organization.
- Provide strategic, consultative guidance to define readiness requirements, obtain stakeholder and other functional partner sign-off on readiness approaches, plan migration activities, and create communications and collateral to support field teams
- Think critically about client and client coverage impacting changes to ensure coordination across functional partners and seamless delivery of readiness strategies to internal and external audiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Strategic thinker with talent for translating complex ideas into simple concepts that resonate and create "aha" moments and ability to translate via visual channels i.e. decks, videos, webinars, etc.
- Exhibits leadership and "owner mindset" when working with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing and across levels of management on simultaneous projects.
- Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated.
- Familiarity with Payments/financial terminologies and Design Thinking methodology.
- Proficiency designing stories and complex content in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design.
- Knowledge of Treasury, Liquidity, Cash Management, and general Banking solutions.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro.
