Our client in the professional services industry is seeking an experienced and innovative Art Director to join their dynamic team!
As an Art Director, you will be at the forefront of creative excellence, leading and influencing innovative thinking and strategic visions to solve our clients' most complex business challenges with unique solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and a portfolio that thoroughly explains the candidate's role in each project and the design process from start to finish.
Candidates must be local to Atlanta, Boston, Cleveland, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, St. Louis, or Philadelphia to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence innovative thinking and strategic visions to solve clients' complex business challenges.
- Drive creative and conceptual storytelling methods to advance business objectives.
- Initiate and lead creative ideation sessions to empower teams in developing award-winning deliverables.
- Work alongside internal clients and teams to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Engage in a diverse portfolio of client projects across various services and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience as an Art Director.
- Eight years of related art direction and design experience.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media) and events.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to identify, resolve, and overcome challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with active listening and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
- An innovative mindset with current knowledge of digital design trends.
