Our client in the Arts & Crafts sector is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join their vibrant team in Oklahoma City. The company prides itself on fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in the creation of exclusive art collections and design solutions.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing creative design solutions. You will work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment to create exceptional artwork, maintaining consistency with brand standards and objectives.
This is a direct-hire role, offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to a creative journey.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal and everyday art collections, enriching our archive of exclusive art.
- Produce inspirational artwork, sketches, mood boards, graphics, layouts, and visuals to support project objectives.
- Review final designs to ensure alignment with departmental and corporate brand standards.
- Stay updated with art, typography, design, and marketing trends for ongoing inspiration.
- Maintain accurate project records and monitor progress through MARVIN and other team records.
- Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Deliver high-quality work consistently, even under tight deadlines.
- Foster positive working relationships across departments to ensure a cohesive creative process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station while being adaptable to additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Previous experience or qualifications in a related field with demonstrable professional graphic design skills.
- Strong sense of color, style, typography, and design.
- Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable about relevant software, techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills.
- Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, reliability, and accountability.
- Ability to problem-solve with patience and intelligence.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to perform duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City.
