Our client, a global leader in healthcare, is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Designer to join their team!
As a Service Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience through innovative service design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out employee journeys, identify pain points, and design seamless experiences that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Map out the end-to-end employee journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
- Design services and solutions that address identified pain points and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with researchers, UX/UI designers, HR specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic and user-centered design solutions.
- Prototype and test design solutions with employees, gathering feedback to iterate and refine offerings.
- Facilitate Design Thinking Workshops to gather insights, collaborate and align with multi-disciplinary teams to design better employee experiences.
- Implement service design best practices and methodologies to foster innovation and improve service delivery across the organization.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the importance of a seamless and positive employee experience in all service design initiatives.
- Conduct design thinking workshops, and prototype new experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a focus on service design.
- Proven experience in service design or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases successful design projects.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate co-design sessions with employees and stakeholders. Previous experiences in designing employee experiences and developing employee experience strategy.
- Experience working in consumer health or related industry with an eye on improving service design.
